AI Training
We do not allow anyone to use our content (free or paid) for AI training.
Without in any way limiting Our (including our article author’s) exclusive rights under copyright, any use of Our content to “train” generative artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to generate text is expressly prohibited. D and D World reserves all rights to license uses of this work for generative AI training and development of machine learning language models.
Buying a membership
By purchasing a membership through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Your Information
If You wish to purchase a membership available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information.

Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel membership at any point for certain reasons including but not limited to:
- Errors in information provided by You
- Errors in Your payment method
- Account abuse, including but not limited to multiple people using the same account
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Payments
Payment can be made through online payment method (PayPal).
Your Order Cancellation Rights
We have a No-Refund policy. Payments once made for membership shall not be refunded/returned, regardless of the reason. By paying for the membership, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Membership Fee Policy
The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting a membership order.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries.
